Security & Compliance
FlowGo's operating entity, FlowSync AI Sdn Bhd, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). The certificate was issued by InterCert following an independent audit of how we design, build, run, and maintain the platform.
The certified scope covers the secure design, development, deployment, operation, and maintenance of our AI, workflow automation, and business process optimisation solutions, including the AI-powered automation platform, workflow orchestration, system integrations, data processing, and supporting cloud infrastructure. It is supported by the functions of IT Infrastructure, Engineering, Product Development, Information Security, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, Sales & Operations, and Vendor Management.

Who FlowGo Serves
FlowGo's primary customers are SME business owners in distribution, wholesale, food and beverage, construction, and trading sectors who process high volumes of supplier invoices or customer purchase orders. A secondary segment is bookkeeping and accounting firms that manage AP workflows on behalf of multiple client companies.
FlowGo is particularly relevant for businesses using accounting software common in Southeast Asia, AutoCount and SQL Account, where automation tooling has historically been limited.
