Porter is added once as a custom connector, then it is there in every chat. You need a FlowGo team admin account — financials stay admin-only — and your accounting already connected in FlowGo.

On Claude, no — the free plan can add Porter as a connector. On ChatGPT you need a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu), because custom connectors sit behind Developer Mode, which the free tier does not include.

Porter pulls live from your accounting system and analyses complete months. The first pull for a large company can take about a minute; after that the results are cached and answers come back quickly.
Yes — ask your AI app for it. Once Porter has put the numbers in the conversation, Claude or ChatGPT can turn them into a spreadsheet, a document, or a chart for you.
Add https://porter.flowgoai.com/mcp as a custom connector, then sign in with your FlowGo team-admin account and approve access. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, and leave the advanced OAuth fields blank. In ChatGPT: switch on Developer mode under Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings first, then add the same URL and choose OAuth. Full walkthrough is in the setup section above.
Team admins on your FlowGo account, up to the number of users your plan includes: 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 10 on Enterprise. Additional users can be added on any plan — RM400 each on Starter, RM300 on Growth, RM250 on Enterprise.
Porter reads through your existing FlowGo connection, signs you in with your own FlowGo login, and returns answers only to your own AI account. We treat your data as private, protect it with bank-grade security controls, and never share it with third parties without permission. Those answers land in your own Claude or ChatGPT account, so from there your AI provider's plan terms govern that conversation — if that matters for your data, use a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, since those terms keep your content out of model training. FlowGo is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management.
