FlowGo Joins the Startmate Summer '26 Accelerator

We started FlowGo with a simple observation: the people running SMEs across Southeast Asia and Australia are drowning in manual accounting work — not because they lack ambition, but because the tools built for them weren't built for how they actually work.

Business owners communicate over WhatsApp. They send receipt photos, voice notes, and PDFs across chat threads. Their suppliers email invoices at midnight. Their staff forward purchase orders on Telegram. And then, at the end of the day, someone has to manually key all of that into an accounting system.

That's the problem we set out to solve.

What FlowGo Does

FlowGo is the AI accounting workforce that runs inside your WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. Our AI agents process business communications — receipts, invoices, purchase orders, PDFs, spreadsheets — directly from the channels your team already uses.

Instead of replacing the software businesses already trust, FlowGo acts as an intelligent bridge: capturing documents from wherever they arrive, extracting the data with AI, and syncing everything to your accounting system automatically.

Today, three agents are live:

• Lizzie — handles AP automation, collecting invoices and receipts and pushing them into your accounting system without manual entry.
• Rich — receives purchase orders from any channel and converts them to sales orders, keeping your team updated in real time.
• Maya — manages collections, sending SOA statements and following up on overdue invoices so you get paid faster.

What's Next
