FlowGo at Startmate Summer '26 Demo Day

We're raising AUD 1.2M to deploy 40,000 AI agents and reach $3M ARR. Here's what we shared from the stage.

Today we pitched at Startmate's Summer '26 Demo Day. It's one of the most energising rooms in the Australian startup ecosystem — founders, investors, and operators who've built companies we admire, all in one place.

We're raising AUD 1.2M. And we want to be transparent about what that capital is for, what we've built, and where we're going.

The Problem We're Solving

Across Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia, hundreds of thousands of SMEs are managing their accounting operations manually. Invoices arrive as WhatsApp photos. Purchase orders come through email at midnight. Delivery receipts are forwarded on Telegram. And at the end of the week, someone has to key all of it into AutoCount, SQL Account, or QuickBooks by hand.

It's not a software problem — most of these businesses already have accounting software. It's a workflow problem. The gap between how documents arrive and where the data needs to end up is filled by human labour that costs real money and introduces real errors.

FlowGo closes that gap.

What We've Built

FlowGo is an AI accounting workforce that operates inside the channels your business already uses. Documents arrive — via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — and our agents extract the data and push it directly into your accounting system. No manual entry. No switching tools. No new apps to learn.

Three agents are live today:

  • Lizzie — AP automation. Collects invoices and receipts from any channel, extracts line items and totals with 98% accuracy, and syncs to AutoCount, SQL Account, QuickBooks, or SAP Business One automatically.
  • Rich — Sales order automation. Receives inbound purchase orders and converts them into sales orders in your accounting system in seconds, no matter what format the PO arrives in.
  • Maya — Collections assistant. Sends SOA statements, follows up overdue invoices, and helps businesses get paid faster — currently in development with a growing waitlist.

The Numbers We Pitched

We're raising AUD 1.2M at this round. The targets we put on stage:

  • 40,000 agents deployed — across SMEs, accounting firms, and enterprise clients in Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia
  • $3M ARR — driven by Lizzie's subscription revenue, Rich's per-company pricing, and Maya's launch

These aren't vanity metrics. They represent the operational scale at which FlowGo becomes the default AI accounting layer for SMEs in Southeast Asia and Australia.

Why Now

The accounting software market in APAC is enormous — and almost entirely underserved by modern AI tooling. Most automation products are built for Western markets, Western accounting systems, and Western communication patterns. They don't support AutoCount. They don't work over WhatsApp. They aren't built for how businesses in this region actually operate.

Between us, Anthony and Jason have worked on over $15 billion in transaction volume and built systems for more than 50,000 SMEs. We built FlowGo because we couldn't find what we needed — so we built it ourselves.

The Startmate Summer '26 cohort gave us the network, the structure, and the validation to accelerate. Demo Day is the next step.

What the Raise Funds

The AUD 1.2M will go toward three priorities:

  • Agent expansion — launching Maya, adding Sarah (procurement) and Sam (supplier management), and deepening integrations with more accounting systems
  • Market expansion — building the go-to-market motion in Singapore and Australia to sit alongside our Malaysia base
  • Infrastructure — scaling the platform to handle enterprise-grade document volume reliably at the accuracy our customers expect

Thank You, Startmate

None of this happens without the Startmate team and community. From the first week of the program to standing on that stage today, the support has been extraordinary — the mentors who gave us their time, the founders who shared what didn't work, and the investors who showed up ready to listen.

Startmate doesn't just open doors. It pushes you to be sharper, move faster, and think bigger than you would on your own. We're genuinely grateful to be part of this community, and we're committed to making it count.

If You're an Investor

We're actively meeting with angels and early-stage funds who understand the SME SaaS or APAC market. If that's you — or if you know someone who'd be the right fit — we'd love to talk.
