Your Customer Is Told

Sam messages them on WhatsApp or email: the order is on the way, delivered by this driver, on this number, with a link to follow it.

Delivered, Checked and Signed

The customer inspects the goods, notes any amendments on the DO and signs it. The driver photographs the delivery and scans the signed copy.

Closed and Filed

The order is marked completed, the customer gets the photo and signed DO, and both are archived in your back office against that order.

Questions About Sam

What does my customer actually receive? +

Two messages on WhatsApp or email. One when the order leaves, naming the driver, giving his contact number, and carrying a live tracking link. One when it is delivered, with the photo of the goods and the scanned signed delivery order attached.

Does the customer still sign a paper delivery order? +

Yes, and that is deliberate. Your customer inspects the goods, writes any amendments on the DO, and signs it exactly as they do today. The driver then scans that signed copy in the app, so the amendments and the signature are captured rather than replaced by a finger squiggle on a screen.

Do my drivers need special hardware? +

No. Sam works from the FlowGo driver app on the phone your driver already carries. He scans the code on the paper DO to take the job, or types the DO number if the code will not read. There are no trackers to fit and no devices to buy.

We already have fleet GPS. Do we still need Sam? +

Fleet GPS tells your office where a lorry is. Sam tells your customer where their order is, without anybody in your office being asked, and finishes the job with the signed proof filed against that order.

Can my team see where the drivers are? +

Yes. Ops can see the drivers and the state of each delivery in the back office, so answering an internal question does not mean calling a driver who is mid-drop.

What happens if I go over my monthly order quota? +

Nothing stops — Sam keeps running your deliveries. Extra orders are billed in blocks of 500: RM250 on Starter, RM225 on Growth, RM175 on Enterprise. If you are regularly over quota, moving to the next plan usually costs less.

Does the driver app cost extra? +

No. The FlowGo driver app is included on every Sam plan, for as many drivers as you run. There is no per-driver licence and no hardware to buy.

Which accounting systems does Sam integrate with? +

AutoCount, SQL Account, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, Xero, and Biztory, supporting both cloud and on-premise systems.

Does my data stay private? +

We treat your data as private and bank-grade security controls protect it. We will never share information with third parties without permission. FlowGo is also certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management.
