Yes, and that is deliberate. Your customer inspects the goods, writes any amendments on the docket, and signs it exactly as they do today. The driver then scans that signed copy in the app, so the amendments and the signature are captured rather than replaced by a finger squiggle on a screen.

No. Sam works from the FlowGo driver app on the phone your driver already carries. He scans the code on the paper docket to take the job, or types the docket number if the code will not read. There are no trackers to fit and no devices to buy.

Yes. Ops can see the drivers and the state of each delivery in the back office, so answering an internal question does not mean calling a driver who is mid-drop.

Yes. Every FlowGo plan includes the AI processing — tokens, model usage, all of it. There is no separate AI usage bill and no metered token charge on top of your subscription. Some tools advertise a lower monthly fee and then bill AI tokens separately, so the real cost lands well above the sticker price. With Sam, your monthly order quota is the only volume limit, and over-quota orders are billed at the published block rate.

Nothing stops — Sam keeps running your deliveries. Extra orders are billed in blocks of 500: A$100 ex GST on Starter, A$75 ex GST on Growth. Enterprise over-quota rates are set in your custom agreement. If you are regularly over quota, moving to the next plan usually costs less.

No. The FlowGo driver app is included on every Sam plan, for as many drivers as you run. There is no per-driver licence and no hardware to buy.
